The Return of Spencer Montgomery

Those avid readers of Mental Kudzu cannot help but recall with vivid clarity the previous incarnation of Spencer Montgomery and his lovely wifeling, Miss Margaret and yes we do, miss Margaret, I mean. It seems Flannagan Wilder has moved back into the trilingual area and functions in his post as curator once again for the Spatulate Museum.[Viewers should relate the link to be contained herewith sooner than later. See “to spagulate is spat upon” which will exist in the Gallery soon enough]

Wilder’s international search for Fluxbox Incinerators of the Depricating Bivalve Variety has yielded much to behold. The Spatulate Museum will re-grand-re-open in early September. Those wishing to initiate a preview of the Flux Gallery must, should, could and would be ill advised to continue thus requesting seating and additional tickets for the opening.

Catering will be accomplished by Cook, as usual. No one bakes like Cook. Mother is in New Caledonia at the moment but will join the Gallery and present her latest treatise post-consumerism in the Fall Grand Parade.

Let us recall a previous Flannagan Moment, shall we?

Flannagan Wilder is beside himself and he can’t find another chair. Well, one of him will have to just stand during the Opening Ceremonies.

Spencer and Darling Miss Margaret Montgomery sit on the daïs with Cook and Mother. Spencer is to deliver the featured speaker’s feature film presentation. (shhhhhh, don’t tell… Cook’s made Flannagan’s favorite — desiccated oysters — for the reception)

Frap me all over!” yells Emmett Fox. “I have to be heard! Out of the way! Excuse me, excuse me!” Mr. Fox pushes his way through the assembled crowd. “There’s a little matter of RENT DUE!”

Darling Miss Margaret whispers to Flannagan, “All will be fine and dandy, dear brother. I’ve discovered how to be featured — The Spatulate Center will receive more visitors now. Someone has begun fluxmuseum and we shall be saved from financial ruin and disgrace.”
