And thus we begin

The most difficult tasks for any assemblagist most likely involve brevity. Self-editing one’s conglomerational activities. It is determining that one singular item which must become representational of the whole, the mass which the artist is seeking to contain. For me, there is never a singular, always a plural. When I wish to engage in a disciplinary action, brevity is my master. Confinement of a set number of constraints within the minute confines of a pre-determined space.

This is Dr. Eckart Finial’s Scientific Construct. [wow, that’s an amazing Apture link, try it] The latest assemblage completed and required. Photos of The Construct are now included in the not-quite-massive collection appearing online, here, within assemblagist.org (or com). Please feel free to interpret according to your whim. Be kind.
